My rates for Weddings:
$250 an hour for the first 4 (four) hours or $1000 for 4 (four) hours. After four hours, I offer a discounted rate of $100 for every extra hour. Usually, events for more than 50 guests take place at a hall or large restaurant.
Small Receptions / House Events:
$125 an hour for small venue events, such as a house or small restaurant. Typically, small events have less than 50 guests.
A minimum of 4 (four) hours is required for all contract signings. DJ Ivan Lopez services include: - Unlimited consultations – Meeting in person, corresponding via email or conversing over the telephone, you will always be able to contact DJ Ivan Lopez at your convenience.
- Intelligent and standard lights – At no extra cost, your event will include DJ lights that will enhance any venue or location for proper party mode. A minimum of 2 lights will always be available throughout your event. If the event is intended for 200 or more guests, additional lights will be taken for the event. Fog machine and strobe light are available, at no extra charge and upon request only.
- Speaker power for any venue size – At no extra cost, there will be enough speaker (wattage/watts) power of high-end, professional grade to make any dance floor shake, rattle and bounce. At 99.9% of events, DJ Ivan Lopez is most likely to be asked to lower the volume, so rest assured that there will be enough speaker power to make all of your guests dance, dance and dance some more!
- 20,000 + songs – On top of your top 25 must play songs, there will over 20, 000 songs available for your event. If it was a hit in the last 70 years, DJ Ivan Lopez will be able to play that song at anyone’s request.
- Wireless and wired microphones – At no extra cost, there will always be a wireless microphone available for those important speeches and announcements. If the wireless microphone happens to fail (which only occurs at high altitudes, where radio transmissions are abundant), there will always be a back-up wired microphone available.
- Always dressed for the occasion – DJ Ivan Lopez and his assistant (if needed) will always be dressed accordingly to your event’s requested attire. Slacks, dress shirt, tie and coat are the norm for weddings, which we oblige by at every wedding reception. If a tuxedo is the required attire, please let us know during the contract signing.
- Professional Services – DJ Ivan Lopez is a professional Disc Jockey (DJ) and Master of Ceremonies (MC), not just a person who does a “gig” on the weekend. With over 16 years of experience, DJ Ivan Lopez has been able to provide services for hundreds of weddings. With such experience, he has become one of the best bilingual and professional DJ & MC in Southern California.
- Ease of mind – DJ Ivan Lopez loves providing DJ & MC services and is the sole DJ & MC for your event. You can relax and be worry-free about the musical entertainment portion of your wedding reception when DJ Ivan Lopez is your DJ & MC. You will be assured that you are in the hands of a true professional that will follow your instructions and provide his services according to your preferences and wishes on your wedding day.
